be comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities — from administrative support to on-the-ground

Tasks & Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong ability to anticipate the needs of the principal and the leadership team before they are explicitly requested.
Collaborate with the team to solve problems in real time.
Provide robust support to day-to-day business operations, jump in where needed to support evolving business and operational priorities
Maintain excellent communication standards, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism.
Act as a trusted right hand, handling day-to-day administrative and personal support with discretion and polish
Manage complex calendars, travel, itineraries, and expenses — from flights and hotels to last-minute pivots
Interface confidently with internal teams, creatives, partners, and high-level stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality across all personal and professional matters
Stay flexible with hours and availability when the work calls for it
