Personal Assistant to Talent Team

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile principal and

senior leadership team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced

environments, anticipates needs instinctively, and takes pride in being a trusted right hand. They should

be comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities — from administrative support to on-the-ground

logistics. This role is best suited for someone with a strong work ethic, no ego, and a desire to build a

long-term career path. The ideal candidate is discreet, adaptable, and eager to grow long-term within a

dynamic organization.

  • Full-time, on-site | North Carolina (Raleigh area)

  • Travel required; relocation support available

  • Reports into Talent and Chief of Staff

  • Salary DOE + benefits

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to anticipate the needs of the principal and the leadership team before they are explicitly requested.

  • Collaborate with the team to solve problems in real time.

  • Provide robust support to day-to-day business operations, jump in where needed to support evolving business and operational priorities

  • Maintain excellent communication standards, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism.

  • Act as a trusted right hand, handling day-to-day administrative and personal support with discretion and polish

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, itineraries, and expenses — from flights and hotels to last-minute pivots

  • Interface confidently with internal teams, creatives, partners, and high-level stakeholders

  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all personal and professional matters

  • Stay flexible with hours and availability when the work calls for it
