Personal Assistant to NYC Based Actress

We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented Personal Assistant for part-time support to a

dynamic NYC based actress. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an

environment where no two days are the same and is passionate about helping to manage both

professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and have

excellent communication skills to help assist with household management, scheduling, and

day-to-day support.

Details:

Location: Remote with some travel to the primary residence outside NYC as needed

Compensation: Hourly, DOE

Schedule: Part time, with 20 hours guaranteed weekly.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

● Proactive calendar management, ensure the principal’s calendar is meticulously maintained and updated, schedule and confirm personal appointments

● Take notes on calls & in meetings as needed

● Assist as needed to arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries

● Draft, proofread, and manage email correspondence and other communications.

● Light personal assistant work as needed- errands, appointments, etc.

● Manage household needs, including maintenance, staff coordination, and organization

● Act as a point of contact for the Principle while traveling.

● Coordinate with doctors to order medications and manage prescription refills.

● Research and make recommendations for desired items for purchase or vendors

● Assist in planning and organizing events (birthdays, dinners)

● Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with business contacts

● Prepare and organize documents for appointments (medical, dental, etc.)

● Source, hire, and manage vendors for various household needs

● Manage household budgets and track expenses; assist with home related bill payments, payroll for staff, and other financial matters

● Handle correspondence and phone calls, including sorting mail and responding to inquiries

● Maintain household inventories and manage re-ordering processes

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role or relevant experience.

● Exceptional communication skills, tech-savvy

● Capable of problem-solving, multi-tasking, ability to work independently and take initiative; flexible and able to prioritize

● Comfortable signing an NDA and handling sensitive information.

● Availability for occasional travel and flexibility for after-hours texts.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, can interact with high-profile individuals
