Personal Assistant/House Manager to TV Personality

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized full-time Personal Assistant to support the smooth

day-to-day operations of a private home in Tarzana, CA. This role is centered on personal duties and household

management, efficiency, and systems–ideal for someone who genuinely takes pride in supporting a home

environment. Responsibilities include managing household logistics such as laundry and dry cleaning, coordinating

vendors, overseeing daily routines, and implementing practical systems that keep the home running seamlessly. The

position is in-home and requires comfort interacting with guests or professional contacts as needed, while

maintaining discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and grounded, with strong

communication skills and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities after initial guidance–and loves dogs. This

is a stable, long-term role for someone who values efficiency and enjoys supporting a busy, often-traveling principal.

Details:

● Full time on-site position

● Compensation: 35/hr + benefits, with the possibility of salary based after trial period

Personal Support:

● Assist with personal errands and day-to-day scheduling, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and priorities are well-managed.

● Oversee vendor management as well as comprehensive garment care, including laundry, dry cleaning coordination, and organization of household wardrobes.

● Serve as a consistent, trusted presence in the home while creating new efficient systems to keep the household maintained consistently.

● Ability to work independently and take initiative; flexible and able to prioritize.

● Interact comfortably and respectfully with guests, clients, or partners when needed.

● Anticipate the needs of the principal, provide discreet and reliable support.

Household Management

● Oversee day-to-day household operations, including laundry and dry cleaning.

● Implement and maintain simple, effective systems for household efficiency.

● Coordinate with vendors (maintenance, repairs, services) and clearly communicate household needs.

● Track household tasks and ensure follow-through.

● Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

● Daily morning and evening feedings for two large dogs.

● Ensure dogs are let out and walked as appropriate.

● Coordinate with dog walkers or trainers for additional exercise needs.

● Provide attentive care aligned with each dog’s age and activity level.

Qualifications:

● Proven 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, in the hospitality, entertainment, or similar industry.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

● Genuinely interested in assistant and/or house management work.

● Comfortable working in someone else’s home and respectful of personal space.

● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting with high-profile individuals, high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
