Estate Manager & Personal Assistant for UHNW Entrepreneur Couple - FILLED
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Manager/Personal Assistant to
support a young, dynamic family based in Brooklyn Heights. This hands-on role involves
managing the couple’s residence and several other properties domestically and internationally, as
well as personal assistance and some executive assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a
calm, proactive demeanor and excel in handling a fast-paced environment with changing

Details:
Full time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, with travel as needed. Standard business hours

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple properties, including main residence in Brooklyn Heights, and properties in Copenhagen, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Soho
Set up and maintain efficient household systems to ensure smooth operations, often travelling ahead and advancing to put said systems in place
Manage household staff, including nannies, housekeepers, chefs, and dog walkers, ensuring staff schedules and responsibilities align with family needs.
Plan extensive domestic and international travel for the family, efficiently adapting to last-minute changes in travel plans, prepare detailed itineraries
Provide day-to-day support to the family, with a focus on assisting the mother
Manage personal calendars, including booking personal appointments and keeping meticulous track of a busy schedule, bill pay, financial admin support
Provide support during personal and family events, including event planning
Manage household inventories, including supplies, groceries, and personal items.
Coordinate with service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Oversee daily personal errands, shopping, personal care appointments, household needs
Qualifications:
Proven 5 minimum years experience in property management, personal assistance, or similar, with a preference for candidates with experience in hospitality or UHNW homes
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Able to maintain a high level of privacy and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, able to work independently
A career-minded individual interested in a long-term role
Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively, able to pass background check
